About VendingFinder
Vending has been a black box for seventy years. We made it glass.
Everyone has a vending machine story, and it's never a good one. The machine that ate your dollar. The "fresh" sandwich you didn't dare touch. The row of dead lights behind glass at 11pm when you actually needed it. Vending is one of the last corners of retail where the customer knows nothing, not what's inside, not whether it works, not whether anyone would care if it didn't.
We think a machine should be as accountable as a restaurant. So we put every machine on a public, living map, and let it speak for itself.
On VendingFinder, connected machines stream their own stock, freshness, and uptime. Every machine carries a score it earns in public. Every review comes from a verified purchase, a receipt, not an opinion. And every payment is protected by a promise we're happy to be held to: if the machine fails, you're refunded in 60 seconds, counted down on your screen.
But the map isn't just for buyers. It's a marketplace with three sides. Operators list machines free and get found, by customers and by locations that post their spaces with foot-traffic numbers attached. Locations stop gambling on strangers and start choosing operators by track record. And every new machine, space, and review makes the map more alive for everyone else. The ecosystem feeds itself. We just keep it honest.
What we promise
Four promises, in writing.
01The map stays free.
Free for buyers, free for operators to list, free for locations to post. Visibility is never for sale, we build paid tools around the map, not toll booths in front of it.
02Data stays honest.
Live means live telemetry, or the badge comes off. Tiers are labeled strictly, one honest "Listed" is worth more than a hundred fake "in stocks."
03Reviews stay real.
No purchase, no review. No deletions, no paid placements, no exceptions, the integrity rules are public.
04The refund promise holds.
Machine fails, you're refunded in 60 seconds. We publish our median time (currently 41s) and we intend to keep beating it.
Where we are
Dense and alive beats thin and everywhere.
We launch city by city and don't leave until the map is full. A living ecosystem in one city is worth more than a ghost town in fifty.
Miami, FL
Our first city, thousands of machines, from Brickell lobbies to airport terminals.
Puerto Rico
San Juan and beyond, the map's first island, growing daily.
Your city
Expansion follows demand. Operators who list early anchor their market.
The best time to get on the map was launch day. The second best time is now.
